B.M.W. has ample parking available.

Outside Catering / Bartendering

Outside catering is allowed.


 In order to serve alcohol at any event a licensed & insured bartender must be present and serve. We can provide you with a licensed and insured bartender; cost will vary per event. 

Day of event

The day of your event you'll have 8 hours; this includes set up, event and breakdown.  


Customers can come set up the day before their event ( if nothing has been scheduled) for an additional $250 for 3 hours.   

Every event will have security and event manager to assist and answer any questions. 

Office hours

B.M.W. office hours are from Tuesday to Friday 10am-6pm

Deposit & hold  for event  / cancellations

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold all events. Event must be paid for two weeks prior to event. In case of a cancellation, all funds paid to date will be forfeited. No refunds are issued. If a public safety crisis occurs monies paid will be transferred to a mutually agreed date ( no restrictions on year). A $200 incidental will be added to the cost of your event. Upon inspection if no damages and/or incidentals have been found and/or occurred,  $200.00 will be refunded. Please allow 3 business days for refund.


B.M.W. luxury events is conveniently located near The Sheraton ( ten minute drive ) and Radissan ( five minute drive).

severe weather / Safety

 If severe weather makes conditions unsafe to have event an alternate rain date will be selected, the first available.

We take the health of our guest very serious. Prior to and following every event, the venue is properly sanitized. Organizing and arranging an event properly is imperative, and we encourage and/or enforce appropriate set up, capacity, and seating.
